- Lead, direct, and manage CFC service providers to enhance the performance & to achieve a high level of service quality of mechanical systems.
- Prepare yearly Budget & Cost Summary for all mechanical systems under City Management Scope.
- Apply RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) for CFC existing mechanical systems for Enhancement and development to achieve cost reduction & quality improvement.
- Managing inspections at the site for the final handing over of mechanical Systems according to the proper handover procedures.
- Managing the Operation & Maintenance of CFC MEP systems with prevailing standards/ quality systems in most efficient, timely and cost effective manner at CFC stations which include:
- District Cooling Plant (DCP).
- Sewage Pump Station (SPS).
- Water Pump Stations (WPS).
- Irrigation Pump Stations (IPS).
- Electrical Substation (ESS)
- Managing the Operation & Maintenance work for CFC MEP infrastructure systems.
- Managing the Operation & Maintenance of Mofsystems at CFC buildings.
