- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Ability to read and understand designs and schematics
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Experience in the mechanical operations and the maintenance of all the mechanical systems
- HVAC experience
- Tanks and Plumps, Fire system,drainage system
