Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. This is a fulltime position with the potential for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote our products and services
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns
• Manage marketing budget and track return on investment
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets vendors and partners
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials including print and digital advertisements social media content and promotional materials
• Plan and coordinate events and sponsorships to increase brand visibility
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements
• Stay uptodate with industry developments and apply best practices to our marketing efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in marketing preferably in the retail industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Creative mindset and a passion for marketing
