Position: Mandarin Electronic Service Desk Location: Cavite City Salary: Php 95,000-Php 100,000 Schedule: Shifting Schedule Industry: Shared Services Responsibilities: Provide Technical product application support for circuit Protection, Distribution Equipment, and Industrial Controls Assist Customers and Client concerns using Product selection and configuration Post-sales technical support for product line and product selection Services Providing assistance and usage of some specific software Ensure to provide navigation for proper application setup Requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Proficient in Mandarin and English language both verbal and written Knowledgeable in power (electricity), drives/industrial control Background in CS/TSR/ IT and related fields is a plus Willing to be flexible and can work onsite if the job needed Recruitment Process: Resume Screening HR Initial Interview Local Manager Interview Client Interview Language Assessment Job Offer
