Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Manager
  1. Manage HR operations for a workforce of 500 employees spread across South India.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  3. Oversee payroll processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Ensure compliance with statutory and State/ National labour regulations.
  5. Lead the appraisal process working closely with department heads to assess performance and provide feedback.
  6. Manage leave and attendance records resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  7. Handle employee queries and grievances effectively maintaining a positive work environment.
  8. Conduct training and induction programs for new employees facilitating their integration into the organization.
  9. Coordinate recruitment efforts hiring staff as per company requirements and maintaining talent pipelines.
  10. Collaborate with the HR Director and Executive Director in Bangalore to align HR strategies with business goals.
  1. Graduate in any stream.
  2. MBA in Human Resources preferred.
  1. Proven experience in HR management preferably in the express cargo courier warehousing or logistics sectors.
  2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices policies and procedures.
  3. Familiarity with payroll systems and processes.
  4. Excellent understanding of statutory and labour compliance requirements.
  5. Ability to effectively manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  6. Experience in conducting training programs and onboarding new employees.
  7. Solid recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  10. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
