We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Client Support Manager to join our dynamic team. The Client Support Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction by handling technical support tickets conducting client satisfaction calls surveys and interviews assisting the team in projects and serving as the primary point of contact for client queries. Additionally the role involves preparing generic training materials for clients and contributing to the development of selfhelp chatbots.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Technical Support: Respond promptly and effectively to technical support tickets raised by clients. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Client Satisfaction: Conduct regular client satisfaction calls surveys and interviews to gauge their feedback and identify areas for improvement. Implement measures to enhance overall client satisfaction.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the team and offer assistance in various projects sharing expertise and providing guidance where necessary.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients serving as their primary point of contact for all queries and concerns.
  • Training Materials: Develop and prepare generic training materials for clients ensuring they have access to comprehensive resources to make the most of our products/services.
  • SelfHelp Chatbots: Contribute to developing and improving selfhelp chatbots to provide quick and efficient support to clients.

Requirements


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
  • Excellent English Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential as this role involves direct interaction with clients.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in their respective fields with a proven track record of delivering excellent client support and maintaining client relationships.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong technical understanding to effectively comprehend and resolve clients technical issues.
  • CRM Experience: Prior experience with Zoho or any other related CRM platforms like Salesforce Hubspot etc. is a plus although not mandatory.
  • CustomerOriented: A customerfirst approach with a passion for ensuring client satisfaction and building lasting partnerships.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations identify solutions and implement effective resolutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work seamlessly with crossfunctional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies products and client requirements.
