Job Position : Sales Manager (OEM/ODM)

Company Background : Electronic Factory (Singapore Based company)

Salary : RM6K RM10K ( Salary negotiable if experienced )

Working Hours : 8.30am5.30pm (MonFri)

Working location : Kulai Johor.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM and ODM customers.

Understand the unique needs and requirements of each customer and provide tailored solutions.

Regularly communicate with customers to address concerns provide updates and gather feedback.

2. Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities and markets within the OEM and ODM segments.

Collaborate with internal teams including product development and marketing to align strategies and offerings with customer needs.

3. Product Knowledge:

Possess indepth knowledge of the electronic products offered by the company.

Stay updated on industry trends competitor products and technological advancements.

Effectively communicate product features benefits and differentiation to customers.

4. Negotiation and Contract Management:

Lead negotiations with OEM and ODM customers to establish mutually beneficial agreements.

Ensure contracts are comprehensive meet legal requirements and protect the interests of the company.

Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute contracts.

5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

Analyze market trends and customer demands to forecast sales volumes.

Provide regular sales reports to management highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure adequate inventory levels and production capacity to meet customer demands.

6. Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by OEM and ODM customers promptly.

Work with crossfunctional teams to resolve technical logistical or qualityrelated concerns.

Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.

7. Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market conditions.

Monitor industry developments regulations and changes that may impact sales strategies.

Provide insights to the management team for informed decisionmaking.

Job Requirements :

Must have at least 5 years experience in Sales manager role and must have experiences in OEM/ODM

Possess indepth knowledge of the electronic products.

If have experiences worked as sales manager at KL/Selangor will be an advantages.

Must have own transport
