Handling of incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customers need.

Provide customer support using the English or Bahasa language via phone email or Chat

Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalates problems promptly.

Ensure necessary and appropriate follow up actions are taken.

Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least original

SPM & SKM Cert

Language proficiency in Bahasa and English
