Internship Description
Job Description:
- Prepare all required documents from shipper and starts booking process with shipping lines
- Arrange for trucking and clearance process and collect FSD and VGM from shipper.
- Send BL draft to shipper for confirmation and release BL after receiving SL invoices
- Build a strong positive relation with shipping lines / co-loaders /vendors.
- Create shipment details on system, add the required Events, costs on-time.
- Ensure closing the operation on time on the system & coordinate with the finance team to issue the invoices.
- Collect all documentation for digital storage.
- Prepare reports as per management requirements.
The intern will learn:
- Preparing/reviewing all export operations documents
- Dealing with shipping lines
- Market awareness in freight-forwarding filed
Internship Start date: Immediately
Duration: 6 month (Renewable Based On Performance and Business Needs)
