Trinity Health Grand Rapids is looking for a locum NeuroInterventional Radiologist to cover call as needed
24/7 call coverage as needed Average number of cases per day: 12 Patient Demographics: Adult and Geriatric Level 2 trauma Annual ER volume: 61645 Number of exam rooms: 1 biplane / 1 single plane 5 IR Physicians in practice Support Staff: RNs and Radiology Techs Supplies available: Stryker neuro coils and both Stryker and Medtronic Flowdiverters. We have Abbott and Cordis Carotid stents EMR: Epic Procedures: Carotid Stent Endovascular Coiling Endovascular aneurysm repair(EVAR) etc. Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days once cred application is submitted Rates to submit:
Orientation On Call (Daily) capped at xx6000 with 24 hours of gratis to be included Holiday On Call (Daily) Call Back capped at xx600 Holiday Call Back Conversion Fee (capped at xx25K) *Please Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.

- Board Certification (Neuroradiology Neurosurgery or Neurology) Required
- Neuro IR fellowship Required
- MI license highly preferred
- BLS ACLS must be willing to obtain
