Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team on a fulltime permanent basis. As a Primary Care Physician you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages from infants to the elderly. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses as well as provide preventive care and health education to promote overall wellness.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough medical evaluations including taking patient histories performing physical examinations and ordering diagnostic tests as needed

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses injuries and infections

Prescribe and manage medications as well as provide education and counseling on medication usage and potential side effects

Develop and implement treatment plans for patients in collaboration with other healthcare providers

Provide preventive care including routine checkups immunizations and health screenings

Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention strategies

Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records for all patients

Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed to provide comprehensive care to patients

Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current on medical advancements and best practices

Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations

Requirements:

Medical degree from an accredited medical school

Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice

Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Primary Care Physician in a clinical setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals

Strong diagnostic and decisionmaking skills

Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
