Job Description

As aLoan Processor, youll play a crucial role in ensuring our client s operations run efficiently. Your responsibilities include attention to detail, Excel proficiency, coding documents through email, processing home loans, and more. Collaborate with our client s global team to provide excellent service and facilitate smooth financial transactions.

Here s an overview of your future role:
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri; 7AM - 4PM)
Work setup: Onsite, Baguio

What do you need to succeed?
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Strong mathematical and accounting skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Willingness to learn client-specific software and complete web training.
  • Experience in processing home loans and managing email accounts.
  • Skill in merging Excel data into Word documents.
  • Familiarity with updating databases and following up on loans.
  • Organizational skills for filing documents and updating processes.
  • Ability to work with Google blogs and Facebook platforms.
  • Capability to book appointments and support administrative tasks.

  • Determine borrowing capacities accurately.
  • Convert emails and documents into PDF format.
  • Manage email accounts and merge Excel data into Word documents.
  • Maintain our database by updating information and sending emails.
  • Follow up on loans through various websites.
  • Update QuickBooks Online and code payments.
  • Organize and file documents, update processes, and manage online platforms.
  • Assist the director and Credit Manager with administrative tasks.
