Job Description
- This position will be responsible for the technical communication between the Project team and product team to ensure the accurate and timely delivery installations, enhancements, upgrades and migrations.
- Install and configure software.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
- Create technical documentation andmanuals.
- Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements.
- Install, upgrade and maintain our system offsite.
Job Requirements
- 4+years of experience as a System Administrator, Linux administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
- Docker Knowledge is a must.
- Cloud and Cloud infrastructure Knowledge.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
