NOK Human Capital is hiring Learning & Development Associate for one of the most well known Ecommerce delivery stations ( monthsproject)

The Delivery Station Learning Associate works with Operations Managers Area Managers and associates Constantly improves the longterm capabilities of the area to which he/she is assigned

Job Responsibilities

) Measure production quality and quantity and applies learning tools to improve both

) Maintains expertlevel knowledge in at least two production departments

) Evaluates and improves processes within work areas and refines learning tools and techniques across the Delivery Stations

) Assists in measuring the effectiveness of learning measures impact of his/her development efforts and improves associates jobrelated skills

) Develops maintains and applies learning tools (methods checklists and skill building agreements) to encourage associate development

) Identifies areas for associate cross training and support and implements the training to support the objective

Job Requirements

) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and Outlook

) Willingness to work different shifts every week Shift hours for this position may be different from the standard production shifts

) Willingness to work in different sites as required by training needs Excellent attendance

) Excellent communication skills and can handle multiple changing projects

) Previous Experience in L&D is a plus
