Overview:Anytime Fitness Asia invites an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to enhance our Malaysian teams capabilities. This role focuses on creating and executing developmental programs that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement comprehensive training programs.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop bespoke solutions.
- Lead the L&D initiatives including career pathing and leadership development.
- Analyze training effectiveness and integrate feedback for continuous improvement.
- Champion a learning culture within the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Learning & Development within a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent command of English and Malay.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
- Creative problemsolving and the ability to adapt to change.
