Experience of creating an Automation strategy that includes automation at different levels (unit/Integration/End to end) MUST

Experience of automation frameworks/tools providing tooling POCS and choosing the correct tool for the job. MUST

Experience of Automation patterns (like page object model) to ensure the automation is maintainable readable and scalable. MUST

An understanding of what to automate and what not to automate. MUST Knowledge of risk based testing and how to apply it. MUST

Experience of getting buy in for the Automation Strategy by involving product team members and wider stakeholders. (nice to have can support on this)

Experience of working as an agile tester working in collaboration with product team members. (nice to have can support on this)
