Job Description

  • Take full responsibility for achieving assigned targets in terms of profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within partner accounts. Actively seek and recruit new qualifying partners in line with the overall Channel Retail strategy.
  • Plan and execute partner strategies in accordance with the overall retail channel strategy. Oversee and complete account plans or profiles monitor competitor activity and devise plans to increase market share in assigned accounts.
  • Monitor the regular business performance of key account partners. Internally report on sales achievement and pipeline management.
  • Conduct regular reviews with assigned partners to assess and track business performance against plans and targets. Analyze and synthesize reports to provide solutions aligned with country objectives.
  • Own the preparation of documentation presentations financial reports contracts and other administrative work. Ensure effective pitching to partners and seamless onboarding of new partners.
  • Oversee a collaborative planning process with Key Account partners to determine shared performance goals financial targets and important indicators for a successful partnership.
  • Ensure compliance with partner agreements and implement the companys strategic account management framework and governance. Encourage Key Account partners to support company initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Sales Network team to direct and align efforts in commercializing partner activities. Ensure that propositions are "readytosell" and executed on schedule and within budget or target.
  • Coordinate and drive the involvement of internal management or stakeholders both locally and regionally if necessary. Utilize company resources including support service and management to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders and personnel in assigned partner retailer accounts. Support the execution of country retail programs among assigned partners through effective communication.



Requirements

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management with the ability to effectively oversee and manage multiple accounts and partners concurrently. Additional experience in the mobile and consumer electronics retail sector is preferred.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and business development particularly in securing account deals and acquisitions.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities with excellent communication presentation and negotiation abilities.
