Junior Finance Executive Shared Services

A reputable Shared Services company is looking to hire Junior Finance Executive to join their finance team based in their Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

Holds a bachelor s degree in accounting/finance and with more than 3 years work experience in the finance operations.

High attention to details in maintaining an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.

Responsible for accounts monthly quarterly and yearly closing.

Prepare and review budget forecast cash flow statement oversee the AR and AP and payroll activities.

Prepare and review bank reconciliation involved in corporate planning activities.

Liaise with auditors tax agents bankers company secretary legal office for company matters.

Excellent communication skills in English with proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
