Junior associate RD chemist

Qualifications and work experience required:

1. Candidates with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in chemistry B.Sc. (Chemistry)/ M.Sc. (Chemistry) from a reputed university with high academic achievements (>80% aggregate score) may apply.
2. Entrylevel candidates or individuals with up to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D sector.
3. Strong willingness to learn adapt and work effectively as part of a team.
4. A desire to gain experience in leading and contributing to research projects.
5. Deep understanding of chemical principles experimental design and analytical techniques.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex scientific concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
7. Strong problemsolving abilities and a creative mindset to drive innovation and overcome scientific challenges.
