FullTime Availability We are seeking individuals who can work a flexible schedule encompassing evenings weekends and variable holiday shifts.

POSITION SUMMARY

• Customer Engagement: Ensure customers are assisted in their purchases via facetoface and virtual appointments making each interaction personalized and memorable.

• Sales Lead Administration: Skillfully manage a significant number of incoming sales leads to meet both individual and team objectives and revenue benchmarks.

• Online Customer Care: Take a proactive approach in responding to online customer inquiries offering sales assistance through live chats and phone conversations emphasizing a luxury customer experience commensurate with the quality of our clients products.
  

• Product Proficiency: Develop and demonstrate detailed product knowledge in relation to the clients diamond types gemstones and exquisite jewelry.
  
  
• Omnichannel Deployment: Make efficient use of propietary systems to manage tasks and encourage omnichannel communication.

• Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador effectively achieving mission to foster a more sustainable transparent and empathetic jewelry industry.
