Java Full Stack Lead

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the design development and implementation of full stack software solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
• Define technical architecture and ensure adherence to best practices
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Develop and maintain backend and frontend components
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in full stack development processes
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in full stack development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of full stack developers
• Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks such as Spring
• Expertise in frontend technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular
• Experience in developing RESTful web services and APIs
• Indepth knowledge of database technologies and SQL
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
