Requirements

What you ll do

Following are high level responsibilities that you will play but not limited to:

Design and development of RESTful Web Services.

Hands on database experience (Oracle / PostgreSQL / MySQL /SQL Server).

Hands on experience with developing web applications leveraging Spring Framework.

Hands on experience with developing microservices leveraging Spring Boot.

Knowledge in Application Server Tomcat.

Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins).

Strong believer and follower of agile methodologies with an emphasis on Quality & Standards based development.

What you ll bring

BTech computer science or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Java/J2EE technologies

Experience in building API using Spring Boot Framework Spring DI Spring AOP

Real time messaging integration using Kafka or similar framework

Experience in at least one database: Oracle SQL server or PostgreSQL

What you will do Acquire new Logo Build and grow the enterprise business pipeline. Acquire new clients and build the enterprise business pipeline in designated territories. Generate leads through cold and warm calls, network outreach, and partnerships. Negotiate and deliver agreed sales targets. Collaborate with global teams to maximize sales conversions. Manage complex sales cycles which include prospecting, qualifying, strategizing, and closing transactions. End-to-end ownership through the sales cycle including stakeholder management, timelines, and overall quality of proposals/ presentations. Convert the critical-to-quality (CTQs) of clients into a winning theme. Create technical, business, and commercial solutions that address client CTQs and optimize the competitive strengths of the organization. Prepare proposal defense presentations. Achieve pre-defined and agreed targets for sales revenue. What you ll bring MBA in Sales and Marketing from premier Institue. Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation sales Successfully sold enterprise software services/solutions to US Fortune 1000 companies Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota (consistent top 20% performer) Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach with a focus on building relationships with clients. Bachelor s or master s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field An overall understanding of the technology areas like data analytics, automation, and system integration using the latest technologies. Ability to articulate value proposition and differentiation. Positive and a can-do attitude.
