The IT Support Technician is part of the IT team and will work according to company policies SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The primary task of the IT Support Technician is to deliver IT support to end users and administration of IT systems.

This position will work onsite at our Raleigh office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide firstline IT support by telephone and email
• Provide onsite support during office hours
• Support and troubleshooting for applications and systems following systems
• Assist with system administration for IT infrastructure and backend system

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in IT support
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
