• Prioritize, monitor, work and track incoming helpdesk tickets and phone calls
. • Provide remote or onsite service to end-users on software- and hardware-related problems.
• Have understanding of networking hardware in order to assist network personnel in troubleshooting issues and installation of new or replacement hardware.
• Able to diagnose and resolve complex technical hardware and software issues
• Work on installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, networked printers, scanners, CCTV, system boards, projectors, switches, wireless access points, point to point repeaters etc.
