Job Description
- Installing windows for any new comers.
- Responsible for handling any issues inside the office (printers,…. Etc)
- Fixing any issues after checking the requests on the ticketing system
- Responsible for any issues with the access point & network
- Handling any outages with the servers
- Responsible for the active directory (domain) creating new user
- Responsible for making a range for V-lans
- Looking for updates related to Kaspersky or any issues with it
- Working on Windows updates for all users
- Working on creating Emails & groups as well as giving permission to people in the groups
Job Requirements
- Experience 2-3 yrs. handling same tasks
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university, preferably Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience with CCNA – CCNP – MCSA & CCNA security
- Good knowledge with Kaspersky
- Very good communication skills
- Details oriented
