Responsibilities:
• Handle all the Service and Product Reporting for Data & Analytics product
• Monitor the service quality of external providers and internal DevOps teams
• Consult product teams with introduction and improvement of ticket and DevOps KPIs as well as compliance topics
• Contribute to the extension and dxD team wide roll-out of product reporting.
• Prepare and present ad-hoc analysis with focus on product quality
• Conduct compliance reviews for internal and external managed products (documentation checks and review of compliance SLAs / KPIs)
• Track breached SLAs / KPIs as well as corrective and mitigation measures
