Communicate by phone with staff to solve problems and provide assistance
Identify and solve potential hardware and software errors
Train staff on new technologies and software platforms
Deliver customersâ requirements
Learn about clients to provide a more elaborate service and guide their staff to solve problems
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or in any equivalent field
- A minimum of 3 yearsâ experience in IT
- Familiar with the following:Microsoft Windows server 2008, Win 7 , Win 10,Familiar with Office 2013, 2016, Outlook System
- Familiar with printing, scanning, fax services, and complete the basic configuration and simple repairs
- Familiar with the commonly used models, such as Lenovo, Dell, HP hardware failure repair
- Be familiar with commonly used software such as Photoshop, etc
- Familiar with the view of access control and monitoring system CCTV operation and basic configuration
