- Enabling products and services based on business demands. Be a focal point of contact for all Digital and Technology needs for business stakeholders.
- Be very well versed in application systems which covers Point of Sale solutions and backend business applications
- Supporting the day to day functionality of the application in the ticketing booths and sales area’s
- Supporting HR, Accounts team, Warehouse team etc. requests based on business ask, act as first line of support and liaise with 3rd party vendors to provide required support as per agreed SLA
