- HMC - install, configure, upgrade, manage
- Creating and managing LPAR, resourcing.
- Blade Center - configure, upgrade, manage
- Power 9 S922 (Blade Center Replacement) - install, configure, upgrade, manage
- VIOS - install, configure, upgrade, manage
- Licensed Internal Code, DST, SST
- AS400 OS Install, Upgrade, Patch, Reload, Rehost
- OS Patch Management - Individual PTFs, Group PTFs, Tech Refreshes, Cumulative PTFs
- Security - Access control, system values, user profiles, group profiles, authorization lists, resource security, security audit journal, ID provisioning
- Work Management - subsystem configuration, jobs, job queues, job priorities, memory management, throughput and workload management
- Performance Analysis and Tuning (troubleshoot, problem determination/isolation, recommend/ implement resolution, CPU, Memory Management and Disk I/O)
- MQ Series - install, configure, troubleshoot
- IBM BRMS
- IBM Full System Flash Copy (FSFC) Toolkit, and scripting
- Disaster Recovery
- 3rd Party Products/Utilities - install, upgrade, configure, troubleshoot
- Storage Migration
- Printer Administration
- Resource should be ready to travel to customer locations for any project work.
