Investigation Technical Officer

Ensure compliance with NRC’s systems and procedures at country and area level
Ensure adherence to NRC and PSEA policies, handbooks, guidelines and standards
Implement the investigations procedures in accordance with the NRC investigation routines
Provide technical support and capacity building towards all staff
Prepare investigation plans in coordination with the MERO Investigation Specialist
Conduct internal investigations in accordance with agreed plans and complete investigation reports with clear recommendations
Support, guide and oversee or manage investigations remotely that are being conducted by NRC staff in Country Office
Provide support to managers and staff on prevention and reduction of fraud, and dishonest loss
Actively promote (AC) best practices by sharing success stories, system gaps.
