- Design, implement, and maintain systems infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies.
- Perform system installations, upgrades, and configurations, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Perform technical assessments and analysis of customer environments to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and other documentation to support the sales process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT projects, including system migrations, upgrades, and expansions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and clients, assisting with escalated issues and driving problem resolution.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating and recommending solutions to enhance system performance, security, and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
