Job Description

  • Follow-up supervision of the process of reviewing inquiries and exchange orders
  • Follow-up overseeing the inventory control process by inventorying specific items or sections on a daily basis (cycle count) as well as inventorying the locations where the movement (Shipped Location) has been made.
  • Supervising matching of WMS balances with actual with customer balances and working to know the causes of differences if any and avoiding them in the future
  • Commitment to occupational safety and health procedures and instructions
  • Follow up on emails from colleagues or clients and do the necessary
  • Communicate with clients regarding inventory and send reports to them after referring to the store manager
  • Repeated tours in the warehouse to follow the work progress and ensure compliance with the company's instructions and control of violators
  • Distribute the work to the team members and the available equipment and request appropriate support from the store supervisor if necessary
  • Coordination of holidays, schedule of shifts, vacations, and evening shifts
  • Send shift delivery reports and a progress report
  • Send inventory reports and monthly summary of stock accuracy measurements
  • Preserve lives and company property
  • Escalating any challenges to manage the store unless it can solve it by itself
  • Carry out the tasks of the equipment driver, commissioned by his immediate boss, according to the work needs
  • Implement and maintaina quality management system.
  • Ensuring that relevantcustomer complaintsare dealt with effectively
  • Follow up the compliance with GDP/ GMP standards and instructions.

Job Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a relative position in the 3PL field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business studies, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in WMS
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
