Overview:
The role of an International US Customer Service Voice (Retention Support) is crucial to our organization as it involves providing exceptional customer service to our international customers with a specific focus on retaining their loyalty to our brand. This role plays a vital part in addressing customer concerns identifying their needs and ensuring overall satisfaction to support our customer retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international US customers to assist with retention support.
- Provide personalized service to understand customers needs and proactively address any issues to retain their business.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services to effectively support customer retention.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Use effective communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate channels for effective resolution.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and improve retention strategies.
- Adhere to performance metrics and contribute to the overall team goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer service best practices to enhance retention efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a voice support environment.
- Fluency in English and one or two additional languages such as Spanish French or German.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think on your feet and find effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and other customer service technologies.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer retention goals.
- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality customer service.
Minimum 1 Year Experience of Customer Service Voice with big brands on paper is mandatory with excellent English communication Skills
