Overview:

The role of an International US Customer Service Voice (Retention Support) is crucial to our organization as it involves providing exceptional customer service to our international customers with a specific focus on retaining their loyalty to our brand. This role plays a vital part in addressing customer concerns identifying their needs and ensuring overall satisfaction to support our customer retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international US customers to assist with retention support.
  • Provide personalized service to understand customers needs and proactively address any issues to retain their business.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services to effectively support customer retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Use effective communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate channels for effective resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and improve retention strategies.
  • Adhere to performance metrics and contribute to the overall team goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer service best practices to enhance retention efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a voice support environment.
  • Fluency in English and one or two additional languages such as Spanish French or German.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think on your feet and find effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems and other customer service technologies.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer retention goals.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a diverse team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality customer service.


Minimum 1 Year Experience of Customer Service Voice with big brands on paper is mandatory with excellent English communication Skills

5 days Working 2 Rotational Off

US Shifts Rotational shifts 24/7

Both Side Cabs Meal Facility

No targets No Sales
