Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented global internal communications consultant to join our team. In this role you will be focused on creating bold and compelling content and digital communication strategies to engage our 60k global employees. This includes, but is not limited to, crafting narrative driven employee and business communications, newsletters & postcards, technical delivery stories, targeted emails, videos, event promotion, social media and more. The role will also have a dedicated focus on elevating our client's Inclusion & Diversity programming, which is deeply embedded into our culture. Excellent writing skills are key as is comfort writing about technology and experience working with different digital platforms and channels.
The global internal communications consultant will be responsible for engaging with teams across the company to execute communication strategies that are measurable and impactful. We love out of the box thinkers and new ideas! Experience working in a fast-paced, global company is a plus. Must be flexible (things always change!) and have the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholder expectations with efficiency. Understanding how to communicate to different levels and audiences is important. Oh, and we like to have fun, so you should plan on enjoying the work you do with an outstanding team and support network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the development, production and distribution of internal communications content in our client vehicles
- Distills complex technology delivery stories into engaging, consumable stories that will resonate with a broad internal audience
- Partners closely with internal communications, global marketing and the business to support the communications of key initiatives and programs.
- Collaborates with ITS, PR/AR, brand, social media and the digital team to continue to raise the bar on the digital delivery and quality of our communications.
- Employs storytelling techniques to help differentiate our client's messaging.
- Strives to continuously evolve and improve our internal communications strategy by conducting research and interacting with our target audience regularly.
- Serves as brand champion to help ensure brand positioning and desired messages are reinforced in all internal communications.
- Assesses the effectiveness of internal communications programs through metrics
