Internal Audit Director

NOK Human Capital is hiring Internal Audit Director for one of the most well known Engineering & Manufacturing industries in Egypt.

The Internal Audit Director will ensure the implementation of Regulations Law & Procedures which leads to achieving companys objectives will issue reports of nonconformity to be presented to Board of Directors and Participate in Corporate Governance System of the Group.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Takes overall responsibility for designing developing and delivering the organizations audit strategy.

2. Takes responsibility for developing and delivering the organizations risk management and/or control policies and procedures.

3. Delivers prescribed outcomes for area of responsibility by working within established strategic planning systems.

4. Develops and improves relationships with Board members identifies priorities issues and strategic challenges for a significant function or equivalent area of the business and prepares for discussion.

5. Manages the provision of a significant legal service specialty within the organization.

6. Builds own capabilities and develops the capabilities of direct reports by working within existing development framework; provides specialized training or coaching in area of expertise to others throughout the organization.

7. Holds overall responsibility for leading and directing a large and diverse workforce to achieve their organizational commitments.

8. Develops long term objectives and holds overall responsibility for designing developing and delivering the organizations performance management framework.

Job Qualifications:

1. 10 Years of Experience in Auditing role

2. Engineering/Manufacturing/Construction background is preferred.

3. Results oriented person with advanced planning & prioritizing skills
