Assist/Facilitate Program Increment Planning readiness (using Backlogs, and Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings) and the quarterly PI planning event

Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities by establishing PI measurement and metrics
-
Attend periodic synchronization meetings, facilitate feature and capability estimation with agile product teams and assist in rolling-up work items to Epics
-
Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
-
Help manage risks and dependencies, escalating, tracking, and assisting in the resolution of impediments
- Work with the Data Portfolio Strategy group on program execution and operational excellence
