Insurance Account Handler

We are working with a highly reputable independent insurance broker dedicated to empowering farmers and livestock owners with tailored solutions and exceptional service to recruit an experienced Account Handler.
Working from their offices in Shrewsbury, you will be responsible for;
-Managing existing Farm Accounts with precision and care.
-Collaborating with insurers to secure optimal coverage for their clients.
-Driving new business, cross-selling, and referrals through strategic negotiations.
-Lead policy renewals
The Candidate
-A customer-centric approach with a knack for relationship building
-Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for assessing risks.
-Commitment to compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures.
-Excellent organisational abilities to manage client communication and documentation.
-Proficiency in SSP/Acturis, MS Office Suite, and company operating systems.
The Package
-Salary to 35,000 DOE
-25 Days Holiday allowance + Bank Holidays
