Job Description

As an InspHire Systems Admin you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support across various departments. Your responsibilities will include effectively managing all communication channels such as handling phone calls from mobile devices answering inquiries and assessing whether the calls can be addressed directly or require consultation with the manager.


Here s an overview of your future role:
Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Day Shift 7AM to 4PM
Work setup: Onsite Ortigas
Salary: Up to PHP 60000

What do you need to succeed
  • Bachelors or college degree preferably in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in using InspHire software (required).
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as an Administrative Support or similar is required.
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills is required.
  • Intermediate Microsoft office application skills required (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams).
  • Knowledge with NetSuite preferred.
  • Ability to understand and execute complex written and verbal instructions.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Keen eye for details.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be motivated and a selfstarter positive attitude resourceful and dependable.
  • Disciplined; followsup on action items.
  • Confidentiality: Must be able to safeguard sensitive information.
What awaits you in this role
  • Provide general administrative support across departments.
  • Handle all communication including fielding phone calls from mobile devices answering calls and determining whether or not the call can be handled. Inquire with the manager about what to do and how to respond.
  • Arrange all fleet requirements including allocation delivery and collection.
  • Purchase orders and manage fleet and handle charging damage.
  • Perform data entry including correcting invoices and credits.
  • Convert quotes through NetSuite.
  • Research and create new presentations.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Order supplies for the team as needed.
  • Manage folder filing and mailbox cleaning.
  • Provide support to Senior Administrative Assistants.
  • Other administrative functions as needed.
