Responsibilities:
- Maintaining longlasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional aftersales service.
- Developing indepth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats emails and inbound calls.
Requirements:
- Must be having good communication skills.
- Must be able to convert leads provided.
- Ability to do regular follow up and provide after sales services.
- Must be able to solve queries.
- Able to handle customers.
- Ab Able to maintain client relationship.
- Must be able to find new leads.
Working Timings: 9:30 am to 6 pm
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
