Overview:

The Inside Sales Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in the organization by identifying business growth opportunities building and maintaining customer relationships and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Identify key decisionmakers and generate leads through various channels
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospects
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore upselling opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies
  • Utilize CRM system to track activities pipeline and sales progress
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports
  • Participate in sales meetings training and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and best practices
  • Represent the company at trade shows events and networking opportunities
  • Adhere to sales policies procedures and ethical standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales business development or related roles
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications
  • Understanding of market research and lead generation techniques
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Keen attention to detail and time management skills
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and events
  • Knowledge of sales principles and techniques
  • Adaptability to changing sales environments and customer needs
