Business Development Executive - International Recruitment

Identify and research potential employers and job boards in target countries.

Initiate outreach campaigns to engage employers and promote JobsPassport s services.

Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the recruitment industry.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for employer acquisition.

Negotiate partnerships and collaborations with job boards and industry organizations.

Provide regular reports and updates on outreach efforts and results.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry preferably with a focus on international markets.

Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently and drive results in a fastpaced environment.

Familiarity with job boards LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

Understanding of global hiring trends and cultural dynamics.
