Job Description

Position Summary


Supporting service sales engineers in the preparation of contracts quotations and proposals for various service offerings. Effective coordination between sales order booking parts ordering and the service operation team to ensure efficient execution and timely completion of service jobs. Product sales and customer acquisition including coldcalling and territory management. Monthly sales reports contribute to transparency and continuous improvement CRM utilization for effective sales funnel management


Responsibilities


Quotation and Proposal Preparation:

  • Support service sales engineers in preparing contracts quotations price estimations and proposals for various servicerelated offerings for maintaining and renewing service contracts with existing customers.
  • Submit quotations within 3 working days to show a commitment to prompt customer service.


Service Job Coordination:

  • Lead and ensure smooth coordination between sales order booking parts ordering and the service operation team with a focus on efficient execution and timely completion of service jobs.
  • Work closely with admin and service operation departments showcase an understanding of the importance of collaboration for a seamless process flow from order booking to execution and billing.
  • Liaise with internal operation team whenever customers face technical issues warranty claim etc.


Product Sales & Customer Acquisition:

  • Sales responsibilities for hand pallet trucks incorporate product sales to both existing and new customers.
  • Take over assigned territories to secure open offers
  • Coldcall and compile customer contacts demonstrate a proactive approach to pursuing new opportunities and expanding the customer base


Reporting and Continuous Improvement:

  • Provide monthly inside sales reports reflect a commitment to transparency and continuous improvement allowing for adjustments and optimizations based on performance metrics.


Competency Development:

  • Develop competency and the use of provided processes and tools for a focus on professional growth and efficiency in performing job responsibilities.


CRM Utilization:

  • Insert and maintain sales cases in CRM software to ensure proper organization and tracking of leads opportunities and customer interactions contributing to effective sales funnel management.


Others Duties:

Other duties as assigned by manager or head of department




Required qualifications


Individuals holding a diploma or certificate in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
