- Formulating Infection control policies & protocols.
- To Give day to day support and advice to the team to assist in meeting the needs of the infection control service and hospital.
- Investigation & Management of the outbreak.
- Ensuring Completeness of documentation/ protocols/ Policies/ SOPs.
- Management of Occupational exposures.
- Liaising with other health care workers in various departments to help prevent hospital acquired infections.
- Instruct the HCWs with regard to appropriate Isolation / Transmission based Precautions.
