Purpose of the Position

Thisposition is an essential role designed to support and amplify the efforts of the venture capital (VC) firm in harnessing the power of investment to drive meaningful change particularly in the realm of sustainability and the fight against climate change. At the heart of this role is a dual focus on supporting the firms core operations and enhancing its impact on the global stage

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising: Directly assist the Partners in fundraising efforts through market research creating fundraising materials conducting investor outreach and presenting to prospective Limited Partners (LPs) as needed.
• Investor Relations: assist partners with LP presentations and preparation of quarterly reports and communications.
• Fund Management: Assist the Managing Partner with fund management including requirements from the fund administrator (VC Lab) capital calls and updating of fund data.
• Dealflow Management: Administer the flow of incoming deals ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Investment Evaluation: Conduct thorough screening analysis and due diligence of potential investment opportunities. This includes interpreting financial statements and crafting return scenarios.

Requirements and competences to work with us

• Experience: At least 2 years in a relevant role such as VC firms investment banking private equity management consulting accelerators or startups.
• Experience in sales fundraising customer relations or similar is a plus.
• Sector Knowledge: Experience in climate change technologies is a plus.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• This is a 1year contract with an option to extend.
