Position Detailso Quantity Needed: 2o Type of Resource Requested (ex: RN Physician Assistant etc.): Medical Laboratory Technician: Generalist with Blood Bank experienceo Position Title (Specialty): MLTo Start Date: ASAPo Length of contract (ex: 13 weeks): 1213 weekso Oncall (Y/N): No If yes what are the oncall requirements o Hours Per Shift (ex: 8 10 or 12): rotating 10 12hour shiftso Shift Start Time: 1000 or 1200 Department Specific Details (ex. nurse/patient ratio float or weekend requirements charting equipment special qualifications or certs.): AMT ASCP certification. Every other weekend. EPIC & Safe Trace user a plus.Optional but helpful Parking Instructions: Park behind hospital or at the South entrance Dress Code: Solid color Scrubs; no specific colors
