• Responsible for selecting mechanical equipment such as (HVAC, AHU, FCV…) and preparing presentations and technical comparisons of products.
• Responsible for all inbound sales and tier-one technical support enquiries
• Create new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow ups
• Follow up on trade show leads
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Create engineering solutions to fulfill clients’ needs
• Follow up on projects’ proposal to maintaining relation with client and monitor the project status to close the project or tackle new potential projects.
• Represent the company, products and services to new clients in meetings and conferences.
• Handle clients’ inquiries and complains regarding the products delivery to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Registering the products of foreign companies represented by the company in the suppliers register of customers (consultants - companies - armed forces - ministries - government agencies - private bodies .... etc.).
• Should have exposure in service marketing, proposal making, estimation, costing and engineering works.
• Following up all related issues to the products that are being marketed through the company.
• Search new clients who might need company service or products and maximize customer potential in designated regions.
• Prepare periodic reports to Direct Manager.
• Bachelor' degree in engineering
• 3+ years of experience
