Handle logistics duties and other related duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support with Human Resources Department and on assigned Key Accounts
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing recruitment training grievances performance evaluations etc.)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings training surveys etc.) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues rules and regulations
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Recruit and source candidates and update our database
Implementation Effective Recruitment processes
Identify trends and insights
Work with various content formats such
Implement and analyze performance metrics
Measure and assess goals
Provide internal reports on a regular basis
Build relationships with key employees among customers
Create plans to address clients business needs
Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Help sales team upsell or crosssell services and products
Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
