Responsibilities:
• Liaise With Relevant Line Managers Throughout The Year To Ensure Recruitment Is Initiated And Conducted Promptly And Meets The Recruitment Plan
• Ensure All Newly Recruited Staff Are Provided With Welcome Packs And Induction And Keep Track Of Their Performance To Conduct A Review At The End Of Their Probation Period
• Work With Relevant Managers To Identify And Resolve Any Hr-Related Issues They May Have That Inhibit Productivity And Employee Morale
• Carry Out Exit Interviews To Ascertain Reasons For Turnover.
• Supports The Hcbp In Developing Strategies To Improve Engagement And Manage Programs Designed To Foster Team Members
• Liaise With The Governmental Relations Department To Ensure The Timely Completion Of Governmental Relations Activities Required To Meet The Employment And Termination Of Staff
• Responsible For Following Up On All Steps Of The Employee Onboarding Process (Contracts, Successfactors, Filing, Bank Salary Letters, And Medical And Bank Additions/Deletions).
• Audit Personnel Files At Least Once Per Year And Maintain & Submit Audit Findings And Follow Up On Missing Required Documents
