Minimum Qualifications/education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Human Capital Management
Minimum experience
- 2-4 years’ experience working as an HC Generalist, HR Specialist , TA Advisor ,People Experience Advisor/Specialist, HRBP
Skills
- Strong business communication and presentation skills
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, follow through and meet deadlines
