An MNC Company is currently hiring a HR Specialist to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

Holds a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology or related field

More than 3 years of pertinent experience in HR Administration with good knowledge of HR Policies and Frameworks.

Facilitates efficient and effective delivery of specific processes such as contract and data administration by resolving complex inquiries that require advanced HR knowledge and policy interpretation skills.

Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers seeking HR assistance or information responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Manage employee records and data ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality and maintaining records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Good communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
